Backpack Food Program

  The Sumner and Bonney Lake Food Banks along with some local churches provide the Backpack Food Program food to support students in Sumner-Bonney Lake Schools. Through the Backpack Food Program, students receive a bag of food to take home in their backpack every Friday. The food is easy to prepare or ready to eat, and helps families get through the weekend, when kids aren't receiving school breakfast and lunch.

If you receive food assistance and would like your child to participate in the Backpack Program, please contact your school counselor  

Low-cost Internet

If your child receives free or reduced school lunches, he/she might qualify for the Comcast Internet Essentials Program. This program provides internet service for $9.95 a month (plus tax). No price increases, no start-up fees, and no equipment rental fees. Families might also be eligible for a low-cost computer. For more information call 1-855-846-8376 or visit internetessentials.com.
